What method of payment do you accept?

We only accept cash, Interac, Wechat Pay, Alipay, and Union Pay. Visa and Mastercard are accepted with a surcharge of 2.4%

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all non-perishable items that are unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.

For defective products, customers must bring back the product to be eligible for refund or exchange. 


  • 
Perishable items, like produce, dairy products, cooked food items, frozen and meat products, are not eligible for refund or exchange unless it is defective at the time of purchase.


If the item you wish to return falls outside of our return policy, please send us a detailed email with photos at admin@riceworldcc.com. Please use subject line "Return Request: ______" We will review the case and determine if we can process the return or provide alternate solutions for you.

There is a mistake on my receipt. What can I do?

Thank you for reaching out and we are very sorry that the cashier made a mistake on your transaction! Please send us a google message or email us at admin@riceworldcc.com with a photo of the entire receipt, and a brief description on the mistake made. We will review the information and get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I order a product by the case?

You can send us a google message or email at admin@riceworldcc.com with the following information: 

  1. Your name and contact info

  2. Brand and name of the product (weight info if it comes in multiple sizes)

  3. Quantity you wish to order

If you are sending the order by email, please use subject line. "Order Request: _________" 

We will message/email back to confirm and contact you when it arrives.


Do you offer bulk discount?

No, we are sorry, we do not offer bulk discount.
